Spend hours (usually most of a full day) at the computer markets buying and bargaining for the highest-quality, genuine components. This is in addition to the eight years in Beijing that we've spent building relationships with vendors here, not to mention four years of university and the other lifetimes' worth of keeping up with the latest computer trends.

Installing components in a careful, deliberate manner to insure safe international transport and years of uninterrupted service.

Spend hours locating proper, updated drivers (software that controls hardware) for your older devices.

Install the operating system and update it. This process usually takes half-a-day on a fast internet connection. If you purchased Office and/or an anti-virus program we install and configure them and update them as well. We also install all the little, free programs like Adobe Acrobat, Real Player, Netscape, Quick Time, Get Right, etc., etc.

Configure your e-mail client.

If you have a printer, Palm and/or Pocket PC device, iPod (MP3 player), digital camera and/or video camera, etc., we install the software for these and configure them properly.

Connect you to the Internet and insure that the software and/or hardware firewalls are protecting you.

In short, we spend the time to set-up your computer for a safe, secure and happy computing experience.
