The benefits for you to bring it to us are overwhelming. Working from our SOHO, we can quote you a competitive flat-rate, whereas if we come to you it's strictly charged by the hour. Working from our SOHO, we can use all of the tools we have to properly repair your problem.

Service calls to your location:
Within the Fourth Ring; 395 RMB an hour, two hour minimum & transportation
Outside the Fourth Ring; 495 RMB an hour (& up), two hour minimum & transportation
You will need to pay this whether we fix the problem or not (some problems are unrepairable, particularly hardware problems with notebooks, and if we have to come to you to tell you that, well...). Trips to computer market for any needed hardware billed at half this rate, plus transportation.

In our SOHO, flat-rate fee schedule:

Reformat hard drive and reinstall Windows; RMB 999*

Make system restore disc (or no system restore disc); RMB 399

Remove hard drive and back-up documents; RMB 500 plus RMB 100 for each DVD burned (or RMB 50 for each CD). Please note; prices higher for certain compact notebook models (ones that need to be disassembled to remove the hard drive).

* = includes completely updating and professionally configuring Windows and installation of common programs (such as Acrobat, iTunes, Real Player, etc.). Normally takes most of an entire day.

Please note; Prices don't include any needed hardware. If you should require an invoice (fa piao), add 25%.

No contracts, no billing, cash - very simple.
