Our WARRANTY policy:

Basically, and we hope it doesn't sound corny, but if you're happy - we're happy.

Should a component in one of the computers we've built (or a part that we've replaced in a computer that we've repaired and/or upgraded) fails within it's warranty coverage, and it's replacement is covered under it's warranty, we won't charge a service fee to replace the part. Example; a hard drive we installed fails after six months and it's covered under it's warranty (you didn't spill water on it or something like that), we will come over, remove the part, take it to be replaced and reinstall it - for free (we do ask that you pay transportation).

Service warranty; Should you be unhappy or re-experience problems with something that we'd previously been hired to repair, we will re-examine and attempt to fix the problem for free (excluding any needed hardware or software) within one months time. Example; you're having problems w/ Windows and we come over and fix it. If within one months time you start having the exact same problem again we will come over to attempt to fix it again.

That being said, it's rare for someone to have a problem that we didn't fix correctly the first time.

We target the expat community here in Beijing, which is really quite small. Our reputation is important to us, and we recognize the value of word-of-mouth advertising. We work hard to satisfy you because we value your business.
